This policy explains how Pranava Healthcare (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use this website or contact us through it.

Information we collect

• Enquiry details. When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email address, organisation, location, project details and your message.
• Technical data. To prevent spam and abuse we store a one-way hash of your IP address with your enquiry. We do not store your raw IP address with enquiries.
• Analytics. If analytics are enabled we record aggregate usage such as pages viewed and clicks on phone, WhatsApp and contact buttons. We do not send your name, phone number or email address to analytics providers.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to respond to your request, to discuss your project and to follow up on it. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Enquiries are stored in a secured database and are visible only to authorised Pranava Healthcare staff. Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and manage the resulting relationship, and delete them on request where we are able to.

Cookies
